Since
the installation of The Telequip
Ericsson Business Phone 250 System,
the Raging Thunder Call Centre is able to provide queues for
Raging Thunder, Fitzroy Island and VIP Agents, each with their
own personalised greetings.
The
Call Centre Supervisor Software Package
is commissioned to provide a real time display of call traffic
of all agent's screens - a virtual wall board. This allows
planning of staffing requirements, tour popularity and forward
planning.
The
Call Centre Assistant
allows each agent to see the name and number of ALL Calls
in the queue and if authorised, force VIP callers to the head
of the queue.
Future
expansion is planned for an IP link to Fitzroy Island and
a CTI "Screen Pop" to automatically insert tour
desk details into the reservations system.
